Product shipping time?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1-2 days, but we strive to ship orders within one business day.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free for all orders over €49 within Europe. Any order under this amount costs €3.90.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely! For all lamps, we offer a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your product fails to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the device free of charge during this one-year period. Devices covered by this warranty are: all electronic care devices
Warranty replacements are processed upon receipt of returned items, if applicable. For more information on return procedures, please see our return policy.
This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:
Accident, misuse, abuse or modification.
Theft or loss.
Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as intended in the instructions.
Connection to incorrect current or voltage.
Maintenance or repair by unauthorized persons.
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchase, on the original retail purchase date, with the original proof of purchase (such as a retail store receipt or order number), and only when the device was purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after receipt of returned defective items, if applicable.
This warranty only applies if the device is used with authorized accessories (such as the charging cable). The warranty does not extend to products of other brands, which are only subject to the return policy.
Night Lamp will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to one year from the original date of purchase.
How does the warranty work?
If you have any problems with your device, you can contact us via chat, email or on the contact page.
We offer a one-year warranty for our device, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days . To do this, simply send us an email to info@lampedenuit.com and we will provide you with the details required for returning your package.

We will provide you with our warehouse address. Once we receive the package, we will check for the fault. If it is not your fault, we will send you a new product.
